Simply put, the copyright of an image remains with the creator. In the case of a photograph, it is the photographer who retains all copyright.

Will Paul D Smart Photography give up the Copyright?

No. We issue a licence of usage rights, but never give up image copyright.

If the company goes out of business, what happens to the Copyright?

All copyright will remain with Paul Smart and in the event of his death is transferred to his heirs and assigns.

What if I don't like someone else owning the copyright?

Put Simply. We cannot shoot for you.
